Includes a comprehensive symptom review, lab orders, and a follow-up visit to discuss results and begin your personalized treatment plan.
Follow-Up Refill Visits: $80
Includes ongoing monitoring, symptom check-ins, medication refills, and treatment adjustments as needed.
