Individualized treatment for depression, anxiety, bipolar, and ADHD. We focus on the lowest effective dose to achieve remission—so you can feel like yourself again.
We provide medication management for a range of mental health symptoms. Every treatment plan is built around your unique history and goals.
Our philosophy: We believe in thoughtful, evidence-based prescribing. The goal is to help you reach symptom remission using the lowest effective dose and the fewest number of medications possible. We review your prior treatments and responses to find the right path forward.
Comprehensive Assessment
Your initial visit is a deep dive into your symptoms, history, and prior medication trials. We listen carefully to understand what has and hasn't worked.
Individualized Prescribing
No one-size-fits-all protocols. Your plan is tailored to your biology, lifestyle, and preferences—always aiming for the minimal effective regimen.
Genesight PGx Testing
Optional pharmacogenomic testing can reveal how your genes affect medication metabolism, helping us avoid trial-and-error. Billed by a third party to your insurance.
Initial Consultation
A comprehensive evaluation of your needs, history, and goals. If appropriate, medication will be prescribed at this visit.
Follow-Up Care
The first follow-up is typically 1 month after your initial consult. Once you are on a stable regimen, follow-ups move to every 3 months to monitor progress and adjust as needed.
Genesight PGx drug metabolism testing is optional and is billed separately by the third-party lab to your insurance. We do not bill for this test; any coverage or out-of-pocket cost is determined by your insurance plan and the lab.
We do not bill insurance. This allows us to keep our fees clear, simple, and focused on your care—not paperwork.
Initial Visit — $120
Follow-Up Visit — $80
Please note: Insurance is not billed for visit fees. Payment is due at the time of service.
Goal: Remission
We aren't satisfied with "just okay." Our clinical target is remission of symptoms—so you can fully engage in your life.
Lowest Effective Dose
More medication isn't always better. We carefully optimize to find the smallest dose and fewest medications that work for you.
Evidence-Based
Our recommendations are grounded in current psychiatric research and tailored to your individual response and history.
Collaborative
You are a partner in your care. We explain the "why" behind every recommendation and adjust based on your feedback.
