Medically assisted Weight loss

•  We treat patients that that have a BMI higher than 24, are otherwise healthy, but have an overweight or yoyo weight problem. 

• An office visit (via telehealth) is legally required to start our treatment program and then      required again at yearly intervals. 

• Once you have depleted your supply of medication, you may request refills by completing our refill questionnaire under 'Patient Forms'. 

• We currently accept all major credit cards. No insurance of any kind is accepted. This helps us keep our overheads to a minimum so that we can pass those savings onto you. 

Short-term:

• Phentermine (adding Prozac 10mg daily can help extend the effectiveness of Phentermine)
• Phentermine w/ Topiramate (Qsymia)

Long-term:

• Topirimate
• Rx Semaglutide 
• Rx Tirzepatide
• Wellbutrin + naltrexone (Contrave)

*Some of these medications can be given in combination.

*Not all insurances cover injectable medications. We can reach out to your insurance by completing the required Prior Authorization. It is still not always approved by insurance.

*All medications require a follow-up after the first month to discuss results and for any dose increase. Once you are on a stable dose you will only be required to follow-up every 6 months.

*Phentermine requires a monthly refill as it is a controlled substance.
